My 5th set was at 145#
The clean felt good but the split jerk was wobbly so I went back down to do some better jerks

Last set at 150# which is a PR for clean and jerk. I haven’t worked on heavy split jerks before so some of the jerks were weird but happy with where I finished. I love lifting workouts! Thanks Derek!


Up to 245, mostly did a bunch of sets at 225. Need to find some extra time to work on my jerk,

Took me a while to get going this morning, as some of my warm-up sets were pretty fugly. Managed to straighten it out, and actually had a pretty good day.
