Knees to elbows on the minute

11 + 7 as rx’d (knees touch elbows)
switching grips helped improve my score from last time where i kept the same grip


10 (i think)…Knees weren’t near elbows but they are getting closer…it’s a work in progress


9 it’s a beginning. 🙂


Managed 13 rounds plus 10.
Then a fun round of tabata row sprints…

15 rounds + 12 as rx’d.

I always feel like when I’m just a few short I could have had it if I pushed a little harder. Next time my brain is telling me I’m done I have to convince it to get one more round.

13 + 9 (last time 13 + 10)…straight through reps until 14 round…then got a very very bad skin tear and stopped there…

could have kept going, but my elbow was causing a lot of shooting pain to the hand. continued to round 16 doing sit-ups.
