This was an interesting one. I thought I would get through it quicker (completed in 25:05). My lower back was not in favour of this exercise. First stop on completion was finding an area to lay down on my back. Keep bringing in on.

Back Extensions were broken sets and very hard


I intended to take a rest day…
Ran 6 km easy
15 Turkish get up/arm with 25 db (first time trying these)
3×10 OHS with 45lb bar. Flexibility is improving
10 min of handstand practice against the wall. Gave me a headache.
Can I still call it rest??

Off to the Eau Claire Y to see what Todd has in store for us…

First crossfit. WOD but due to space and equipment issues I did 200 back extensions and 100 kettlebell swings (first time doing kettlebell swings which killed me)…26:47…Not bad for a first timer….


By the way since it was my first time I did feel like power puking about 6 times…along with blurry vision and difficulty walking….good times


modified to
100 squats, 100×21 lb kettlebell swings, 100 squats, 100 kettlebell swings, 50 squats and 50 kettlebell swings: 24:something…
