This weight was good. It made the lifting only as hard as the rest of it.

15:10 as rx’d. Power Cleans are at the border of my max. I may be able to power clean 160 or 170 for one! I was power splitting all of them. I couldn’t go any faster

Scaled to 85lbs. 11:30 time. Need to work on form to lift heavier loads.
I’m not really built for speed, so I’m actually pretty pleased, for the most part.
12:26 as RX’d which includes an extra clean because I lost one on my way up the last set.

PC felt slow and heavy; burpees were fine; runs were tough in the wind and with burning throat & lungs. Still getting over cold.
