Rx+…. (I did an extra 2 wall walks after the last set of deadlifts). 6:52

Don’t put the barbell down. Be smooth and deliberate on the wall walks. You are fucked as soon as your core goes in the wall walks.

Warm up your lats. They get smoked to keep the barbell close in the deadlifts and core engaged on the wall walks.
