Power Clean  2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2

Worked to 95#…tried 100 but failed 3 or 4 times. Just managed 1 rep w/ 100. Oh well, next time


125 x 2, 130 x 1… was thinking i would be in the 130’s for 2… but my cleans still need lots of work!


155, 175, 185, 195, 205, 215PR. Previous best was 205 @1 rep so I was pleased. Thanks for the motivation Brett and Jake.


worked up to 95, failed on 2nd attempt


Neil – worked up to 135
Judy – worked up to 63 – need to stop over thinking the lift


95/115/125/135/145/155 165×1 Full squat clean


Got to 225 x 2, think I had more in there but shut er down. Previous 1rm was 215 for power cleans. Was happy with this number for twos, interested to see what a new 1rm will be. Big thanks for the help tonight Brett!


Worked up to 140


62/72/77/82/87 (1 rep only)
In retrospect I should have only gone up by 2.5# after the 82, but I am trying to challenge myself faster so that I don’t run out of time. Still working on finding that balance.

Up to 185, 10# PR, failed at 190 a couple times, then went back to 135 to practice full cleans.


Got 92. Failed at 94.5, 1st attempt


155, 175, 185
Stayed at 185 trying to work on tech. Have not done these at a heavy weight in a while and I felt it.


Went to 160lbs, worked on tech with Bretts help.
