Did 6 rounds of 10 HPC 5 Front Squats @ 95# 20 Switch Lunges rest 90sec.
49/46/50/51/54/55 a bit slower then last time. This is a quad burner. Thanks Brett. Great job on the WOD today Audra, you killed it.
