C. Two Foot Vertical Jump – Post your highest reached.
D. As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP) in 3:00 – D-ball Over Shoulder
E. 50 Knees to Elbows
F. 75 Wallballs – 20#/14#
A. Did 0.4 miles on the bike in 0:45. That was plenty.
B. 30/40 had plans to do another set at the end but ran out of time.
C. 31″
D. 20 reps with 100# ball. Really like that movement.
E. 2:44 in 5 sets of 10.
F. 2:40 in 5 sets of 15
