I’ve been working long enough with Colin to know that by geart job he really means GREAT job 😉 It was fun times this morning at 6am.

Did this with 800m row instead because during the warmup rowing felt good…..that never happens so I decided to capitalize on it while I could.

8:48, that hurt bad, probably couldn’t have pushed like that if Mark hadn’t posted a 9:01, nice work.

Double unders going well lately, despite no real practice. Just getting better at staying relaxed, this is the key to remember.

244 unbroken, then 300, followed by 3 more sets for a total 359


11:02 as rx’d- running was a bit sloth like this early morning. KBs were 60+15
Had to leave early this morning, so I didn’t do B..planned on doing this tonight, but instead found myself in my pajamas and ready for bed! OOPS- next time!
Thanks Ali, Colin and Mark for the motivation, it was a great way to start the day!! Treats were delicious too (another 6am bonus- thanks Colin!).
