A1.  Front Rack Dumbbell Split Squat – 8-12 reps /leg @ 3030 X 3 sets, rest 90s

A2.  Push Press – 10 reps X 4 sets, rest 90s

A3.  Strict Pull-ups – 10 reps X 4 sets, rest 90s
