down from a pb of 156 mostly on the bench. An elbow injury has prevented any of this type of work. Alone in the gym too so always a little tentative of pushing out another rep on the bench.

Caper, good job on bwt bench press at 212!
I hope you are planning a rest day soon after your weekend.

Huge improvement over last time and could have done many more pull-ups but my hands have not fully recovered from a class a week ago (9 skin tears)….so I just practiced different types of kipping technique for today…

oops…164 total not 194…still a big improvement over last time 🙂

Way to go Steve!!!!

did 120 lbs…which is way below body weight. Did un-assited PUs. My kip needs to pick up.

21-6, 16-8, 13-5, 11-3, 10-3 =96

Scaled down the bench press to 75% which made it 145.
Un-assisted pull-ups – body needs some more kip training
15-6, 12-6, 12-8, 10-8, 8-4 = 89
