A.  HSPU’s – 5 reps x 5 sets, rest 90 seconds

B.  Thruster –  3 reps x 5 sets, rest 2 minutes

C.  Push Press – 1 rep x 5 sets, rest 2 minutes

Coach’s notes:  Scale HSPU’s up or down to make these challenging reps with perfect form.  Post loads for thrusters and push press to comments.
