As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 25 minutes of:
1 Peg Board Climb
40 ft. Crab Walk
10 Toes to Bar
40ft. Dumbbell Overhead Walking Lunge – 50#/35#/hand
1 Rope Climb
1 Peg Board Climb
40 ft. Crab Walk
10 Toes to Bar
40ft. Dumbbell Overhead Walking Lunge – 50#/35#/hand
1 Rope Climb
5 rounds + peg board + 10 ft of crab

Rx’d 7 full rounds plus 1 peg board and 1 complete crab walk.
I tried to complete all the moves to the highest standards.
Peg board: 2 pegs in the bottom holes, feet off the ground, climb to the top, 2 pegs in the top level, all the way down and don’t put your feet down until you have the 2 pegs in the 2 bottom holes.
Crab walk: 4 limbs behind the cone to start, 4 limbs behind the cone before I walked backwards, 4 limbs behind the cone to end the rep.
T2B: Toes cross bottom vertical beam at the bottom, toes make a noise at the top.
Lunges: 2 feet behind the cone at the start, 2 feet past the cone before I turned around and switched arms, 2 feet behind the cone to finish (about 7 sets each direction).
Rope climb: Touched the cross beam on every rep.
I Could attack most moves (crab walk, T2B, lunges and rope climbs) without much rest or without thinking. If you fail a crab walk you put your but down, if your grip starts to go in the rope climb you squeeze with your legs. The only big break I took was at the peg board. If you mess up a peg board, it can get ugly. So I took one more deep breath then I usually would have before to make sure I would get to the top and bottom safely.

Used 30# dumbbells (thought that was the ladies weight). All else rx’d.
Thanks for the push Bryan! I was trying to keep pace with you the entire WOD.
Similar to Derek M., I took a little extra break before the last peg board.

5 peg board pull ups
10 v sit ups. Hands are healed but still super sensitive.
25# DBs. Should have used heavier.
Rope climbs abs crab walks rx’d and started with v sit ups.

6 rounds plus 1 peg board RX’d. The two 50# dumbbells had me shaking over the line every round 😳
