Review: Box Jumps, Hand stand push up
Focus: Shoulder Press/Front/Back and OH Squats

A good workout to start the comeback…YEAH!!!

sub 45 lbs barbell (all I had)
56sec, 58 sec, 54 sec, 56 sec, 59 sec, 57 sec=5:40 plus rest

Madeleine, age 2.5, copied mom and did it is well with pvc…however, she skips any number with 8 in it so she was a little off…and on round 6 started to chase my poor dog with the pvc…


Used Max weight available at home = 70lbs. Which was probably a good thing.
