Coach’s notes:  Guys use 1.5 pood and gals use 1 pood for the kettlebell swings and 20 lbs and 14 lbs for the wallballs.  Post time to complete to comments.

Harder than I thought it would be. Of course I am often surprised by how quick I lose my kip. I kipped the first 7 toes to bar, and then did singles for the rest of it.

A lot of firsts for me today. First time doing a handstand in over 10 years (plus they really terrify me), first time using 1 pood KB, and first time using 12# med ball for wall balls. Was hoping for 14#, but couldn’t hit the line consistently enough during the warm-up, so decreased weight.
A big thanks to everybody who cheered me on in the end; you guys were great!
