A. 20,23,11,30,15,11,29,30,24 = 193 Still getting used to the new wire rope, it leaves some pretty cool marks on the legs.
B. 115/125/130/135/140-Fail/140/145 This is a PB for me which makes me happy. 🙂
We had some visitors from Perth this morning at 8:00. They were amazingly strong!

B worked up at 175 and failed at 180, PR by 10 lbs!

A. Longest set was 18. Getting better! Just did dus for 4 minutes trying to get 30.

A: 5 rounds + 21- pb/miracle of 60 in a row for first two sets..( I really appreciated you counting Anita – thank you!)
B: 205/235/265/285/305 f due to the bar slipping out of my hands/305 with chalk:)/317.5- PR by 2.5- ran out of time..would have liked to do one more..still happy and relieved I’m not weaker. Thanks so much Anita for the encouragement and of course Laura, Brett and Mark for the awesome coaching as always! Everybody did amazing in the 5- strong people at CFC.

Little disappointed but I guess it happens.

B. Worked up to 245 felt ok – but sloth-like after weekend of too much lake fun – called it quits to cheer Chelsea on! Thanks Laura!
