I may have done this incorrectly. BW is out of the question so I did 75# bench press – 4/5 reps and on the gravitron for pu’s, I did 60# – 2.5 reps. Finished w/ 2.5 km run on the track.

Bench presses are new to me.
Tried 120 at first – no go. Worked my down to 85 and managed one.
Went with 75 lbs.
13-21, 11-13, 7-11, 8-14, 7-13 = 46-72 = 118

BP 167lbs (used 162 last time…thought it was 165 but my math was off)

16/26, 13/23, 10/20, 6/20, 6/18

158 total…164 last time…but this time I used more weight…plus I was tired from yesterdays WOD…

DJ – 8/10, 6/8, 6/9, 6/5, 5/9, total = 72 as rx’d ( bwt=195lbs)
Brittany – 9/3, 8/2, 5/1, 5/1, 10/1, total = 45 w/ 65lbs

BP (85#)/Chin ups
15/27, 13/25, 8/22, 9/16, 7/13 = 52/103 = 155

Only had access to dumbells.

110lbs BP – 7/21, 6/16, 4/15, 3/15, 3/14

Seriously tired from Sundays WOD, but compared to Steve G’s 27 rounds you would think I would have been fresh!
