10 rounds as rx’d (+2 lovely blisters)
unbroken first 3 rounds, then ring dips broken, pullups unbroken til round 5 (6,4’sx3, 4,3,3×2 – blaming blisters!) squats all unbroken *rounds avg. 1:15-1:45ish *I think*

8 rds – after rd 3 did 5 ring dips/rd
Neil – DNF as I didn’t feel well – finished 5 rds as rx’d
Rx. Dips were singles

2 pullup rounds unbroken, then usually 6/4 and then ripped my hand and used purple band for one round and singles for last 8 pullups
Ring dips were 3 rounds purple band then the remaining rounds blue band.
Did yesterday’s wod….as rx’d 6:29. Front squat (11/10 round of 21, 8/7 round of 15, 5/2/2 round of 9….dropped the bar a few times and had to re-clean it)….Burpees ok…..

7rds+10+10+15- pull ups as rx’d, ring dips- did 5 unassisted and the rest were purple band assisted. Thank goodness for the squats on that wod! Nice job in the 6pm class. Thanks Chantel for the great coaching!

PUs did the 1st 5 rnds as above then switched to blue band and all 10 strict PUs.
