21:20 I think this is about a 3 min PR which made me pretty happy.
B) Clean Shrug 3×5 205# dropped and reset each rep
C) 1 Power Snatch every 30sec for 10min 105# for 3 reps 110# for 12 reps then 115# for the last 5.
D) assault bike sprints
10 rounds
15 on/45 off 85cal
E) hollow rock holds 30 on/30 off x5 had to break very briefly in round 4 and 5 so held for a few extra seconds. Fun day:)

I think I was about 90 in round 1 and 80 in round two.
Used 115# for BS and PS, all else rx’d.
Bar muscle-ups were surprisingly good tonight, but back squats even at the lower weight were disappointing. Still feeling the effects from the WOD’s on the weekend.
Liked the variety tonight.
