Odd min | 5 ring muscle-ups
Even min | max shuttle runs
– 1 shuttle = 25 ft down + 25 ft back

7 point RMU (3-5 per round, mostly 3)
Shuttles. Goal was to maintain 8 laps of 50 feet. Couldn’t say for sure if I did it. I lost count each round. Pacing and stamina felt good.
