Coach’s notes: For KB swings guys use 55lbs, gals use 35lbs. Use a dumbbell if you do not have a kettlebell (KB). For the jumping pull ups the bar must be out of reach. Post time to comments.
Great picture of the Calgary gang on the Crossfit site…well done guys.
I couldn’t get a decent set up for the jumping pull ups after I’d already started the work out so I subbed regular pull ups and did half the reps.
