21 Burpees
6 Shuttle Sprints – 10/15/20 ft.

17:20 Rx, ouchie. Rower screen was broke so had to fight with it a bit at start of each round, but prob only made a couple quick seconds difference in reality.

A) 16:30 Rx’d, but the real win was that I showed up for this WOD!
B) Worked on handstand walk, got a full mat lengthwise a couple times.

18:20 groaner

I really liked this WOD for my feet. Burpees have been a little rough on the come back trail. It was great to feel more speed and foot mobility.

I worked on pace today. The speed was not great but the consistency was. I need a little coaching in the mental toughness department when I do these WODS.

the shuttle was my downfall, the first 3 were good, but reps 4,5,6 seemed to be a struggle.

Would like another crack at this one!

Used road bike on trainer for 2:00 at a slightly uncomfortable yet moderate pace as sub for row.


A: 14:40 – fucking ouch. Nowhere to hide with this one.
