A. 7:13 Rx. (8:13 on the clock but started a minute late as I was messing with my rings). I was super worried the MU were going to disappear so paced way more than I should have actually. First 4 were unbroken which was cool. But should have pushed harder.

A. 10:00. MU’s rx’d and felt really good today. Double unders were a disaster and I time capped myself each round.
B. Used 5# plates for the press. Push-ups from low rings.

11:30, strict muscle-ups not really a thing for me right now, so just paced myself and tired to work through it. Happy with this, as I didn’t attempt these at all last time.
