Max-reps wall-ball shots (14/20 lb) (9/10 ft)
– Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

 

Post-workout
Accumulate AMSAP X 3 sets:

Handstand hold

Coach’s notes:

Post reps per set and total reps for wallballs, plus time per set and total time for handstand hold to comments.

I would love to say it’s because the row and DU took 90 seconds but that would be a lie. Had 65-70s a round to play with my ball. I spent a good deal of time contemplating poor life choices!
