Coach’s notes: For this one perform the usual 20s of work and 10s of rest, however, this time alternate between the 2 exercises and do 12 sets instead of the usual 8. Post reps for each exercises and total to comments.
Hope to be back doing the WOD by the end of the week. I’m starting to feel silly posting totally different workout.
Today: 100 reps of Front squat with 75lb barbell in as few sets as possible (5), working on ROM/hip flexibility. Followed by more OHS with a broomstick in a doorframe.
