10 single-leg squats
20 double-unders
20 single-leg squats
40 double-unders
30 single-leg squats
60 double-unders
40 single-leg squats
80 double-unders
50 single-leg squats
100 double-unders

B) 10:56 Rx’d. It was a lot of pistols.

A. Up to 70#, (55# + 15#) plate.
B. 8:40, scaled my left leg to the toe behind the ankle.


Aaaaaah, NOT 8:40, 9:40, typo.


A. up to a 45# plate. Like the challenge of the extra stability needed using a flat object like a plate.
B. 15:30 – did most, but not all of the DU’s . Managed a couple of decent sets, but not enough of them. Pistols rx’d.

Sanded the skin off my ankles BUT that’s ok ‘cause I got to do pistols and got lots of opportunity to strengthen my feet doing DUs. I managed 4:)


A. Messed around with up to a 35# plate.

B. 11:50 Rx. Little scared for 2 days from now.
