knee is still bugging me from the IG Throwdown so I swapped 35lb DB deadlifts for the med ball cleans.

1 HSPU kipped on wall – decided that a WOD was not the place to develop this techique
Remaining HSPU’s with purple-purple band assist

MBC badly broken

HSPU with blue bands for the 1st 3 rnds and then switched to green and blue.

HSPU with green and purple.. probably too much tension but my form needs some serious work

4 MBCs short of 7 rounds-shouldn’t have broken the last set of K2E. used 1 abmat and 5 lb plate underneath for HSP (sets of 2/2/1), 14lb for MBC, K2E 2 sets broken.

1st two rds of HSPU with 2 blue bands, rest with blue+green band.


9 rounds +5 hspu’s+1 k2e (don’t remember if it 9 or 10 rounds +5/1*going by Trev’s above 🙂
Multiple hspu’s still a work in progress so used purple/purple bands on low bar for least assistance FUN WOD!
