Coach’s notes:  Guys use 95 lbs for power snatch and 2.0 pood for swings.  Gals use 65 lbs and 1.5 pood respectively.  Post time to complete to comments.

As rxd= 14:49 . Found doing the 2 pood swings very hard…no more than 15 in a row…mostly 10’s

Scaled to 42lbs and 1 pood.

YIIIPPPPEEEE! sweeeeeeet muscle up Kris!!!!! you made those look sooooo effortless & easy!

WOD: 18:26 Power Snatch scaled to 59.5 lbs KBS as rx’d (1.5pd)
*power snatch needs work! KBS (heavy) round 1: 10,10, 5,5 the rest done in 5’s

13:27 as rx’d. Had to break up the KBs into 3 sets each time. Congrats on the muscle-up Kris!!!!

Scaled to 45# and 1.25 pood
15:49…it’s great that Kris had all of those witnesses this morning. Would’ve sucked if you had been alone doing that muscle up, right Kris??
