Shoulder Press 45×5×2, 65×3, 80×1, 97×1. WORK SETS: 107×5, 104x5x2
Deadlifts 135×5, 185×3, 225×3, 275×1. WORK SET: 305×5×1
Finished with a bunch of light weight (25, 45, 65, 85) split jerks
