75/80/85/90.5/95.5/100.5 Thanks for the push to reach 100 Brett! This was definately a PB.


“Starting Strength” routine
Back Squat 135×5, 165×3, 195×1, 225×1. WORK SETS: 240×5×3
Shoulder Press 45×5×2, 65×3, 80×1, 97×1. WORK SETS: 107×5, 104x5x2
Deadlifts 135×5, 185×3, 225×3, 275×1. WORK SET: 305×5×1
Finished with a bunch of light weight (25, 45, 65, 85) split jerks
bwt=162.

did yesterdays WOD: 19:48 as rx’d………… very hard

never split jerked that much before…however it is 25 lbs less than my push press…which is a little disappointing…but that is what practice is for…
