Made it to end of Round 9 and tore right hand so shut it down
Stationary Bar Dips
Through Round 8 and then went to round 11 … with aid of 1 red band for Round 9 and 2 red bands for rounds 10/11.

C2B – Round 11 plus 5 in Round 12 then failed attempts took the rest of the minute.
Bar Dips – Round 6 plus 4 in Round 7 then was totally incapable of a single dip even after rest.
C2B: Round of 8 + 2
Did 5 regular pull-ups into minute 10 and then stopped
Ring Dips: Round of 8 + 3
Consistently weak… good to be back in the gym after a few days of unfitness.
