wow haven’t done this one in a while, #13 of round 14.
Graduated in bands…last time used two green…this time one green, one blue!

“Starting Strength” routine Back Squat 225×1, 245×1+1(f), 225×4, 225×3+1(f) Shoulder Press 105×5×3 Deadlifts 310×5×1 also, 2 sets of 15 pull-ups, 1 set of 18 dips bwt=160lb

my legs are SOOO sore…this is not cool…
9 min. + 8 Band-assisted pull-ups
17 minutes + 15 Big tears on the last round – shouldn’t have looked at my hands – 18 would have been cake.
