Graduated in bands…last time used two green…this time one green, one blue!

Shoulder Press 105×5×3
Deadlifts 310×5×1
also, 2 sets of 15 pull-ups, 1 set of 18 dips

Big tears on the last round – shouldn’t have looked at my hands – 18 would have been cake.
