Did 6 rounds at the condo after work
Did the calories on the bike, 45 lbs for PP, and 48 DIU’s
Good one !


Looked like all the CFC members were in the 6pm class. I found a corner spot and kept myself busy for 20min. I have no idea how many rounds I did but it felt like a lot. My PP was 65lbs. I’m managing a torn soleus (calf) muscle so I skipped on one leg for 30 reps/round. Fortunately rowing doesn’t bother my torn muscle.

Double unders by round:
1. 6 triple unders + some doubles
2. 4 triple unders + some doubles
3-5. 36 DU’s.

Started workout at the gym. Got to the DU’s and felt I no longer had enough space to give full artistic expression to the movement. Gave up. Went home and started again.

How about introducing a discounted membership rate that lets you come any day but Monday?

Went out of the gate a little too hard on not enough nutrition, sleep, or mental well being…

I think it was 5 rnds+row+ 1 PP, may have been 6 rounds not sure…
PP @ 90#, subbed 36 DU… (They sucked tonight…)
Still very unsure of what my body is capable of. Tonight was the first time in a long time that I felt I was capable again, that’s a good feeling, hopefully it continues.
