First day back in a couple months, summer was good but happy to be in the box again!!

Todays intent was to work on mechanics.
Took a bit but got up to #75 and failed my attempt at #85

Aghhh… Monday. I’m a little tired. I needed another hour today to get my movement pattern in synch. My balance was a little off. I was on my toes way more than usual. I got a few good lifts. My snatch balance was on and off.
I ended at 90#. I would work harder at doing the hang squat snatches way faster in the future. Enjoyed the workout I wanted to get 115. Not today:)


Worked up to 75# successfully for the complex.
Managed 2 snatches @ 80# before bailing.

Super happy with my movement tonight. Snatches felt solid and effortless and 80# is the most I’ve done since being back.

Dealing with a whole host minor issues so I started super light at 75# and was very pleased to work up to 125#. The snatches felt really solid which was a surprise because I often struggle when it’s from the hang and the shoulder was solid too through the snatch balances.
