1-rep-max back squat
1-rep-max shoulder press
1-rep-max deadlift

325/140/375 = 840#
This is 25# more than last time and 65# less than my best ever CF Total of 905#.
Not surprising that shoulder press was the weakness this time.

Back Squats – 420
Shoulder Press – 225
Deadlifts – 425

Squat: 345 – haven’t done this in forever so hesitant
Press: 185 (195 was halfway there – 190 would have been the number today)
Deadlift: 425 (moved 455 about 1” and then thought better of it)
Total: 955
Might still have 1000 in me with some training but I’ve been avoiding lifting for a bit due to some aches and pains. Good to move some weight today!

Deadlift: 485
Total: 1045
