Barefoot

OG suggested that I warmup my squat in my bare feet. It forced me to really activate your glutes and drive my knees out. Felt really good to feel a complete attachment to the ground. I was having so much fun lifting barefoot, I didn’t want to put my shoes or belt on. the 275# is 10# behind my PR; but I feel that I got more out of working on technique in my bare feet then I would have going heavy.
