85/95/105/lost track of weight for a couple….then 118/120.5
Congrats to all the Iron athletes that were in Penticton and did the race, Great day for all. I only know of results for the Man Dave Tainsh and his Kona Spot.

Worked up to a safe 225lbs at the firehall, too much pausing at the top so I packed it in there. Finished with a 1K row in 3:17.1; started on damper 5ish but it slipped down to 1 so that could have affected my power output somewhat over the last 250m.
