B. Barbell Shoulder Press (from floor) – 3 reps X 6 sets, rest approx. 90s

Sad pressing day.

Tripped twice. Second one was in the last round and my downfall!
B. 155 but got called out on using the momentum of the clean into the press. So made sure to demonstrate the pause after the clean and did it again.

Soooo hungry now!
