had to practice handstands; getting better.
used too easy a band for pullups so not much of a workout.
sore from all the pushups and burpees as a result of getting tagged in dodgeball.

13:21- HSPU scaled with blue/blue band- felt like I could have used the whole rainbow of bands- last five HSPU did lowers to abmat with a lot of assistance from Chantal to get back up. Thanks Chantal for a fun class- dodgeball was a fun way to end the class. Thank goodness Anita was on my team!
