I think I’ve been here before…..infact I know I’ve been there before!!!
Who ever picks the pictures – you do a great job, keep it up.

Great picture of Rob Corson after Fight Gone Bad!

Happy birthday Rob, I hope i can push myself as hard as you can when i turn as old as you!!!!

Happy Birthday Rob!

Today was my 1st class at OPT!

I learnt a lot!

I have a long long way to go with my snatch technique. I just stuck to the 20lb bar.

In Montreal, and subbed LEAN Smoked Meat at ‘Smoke Meat Petes’ for WOD…I blame the BEBE and kinda feel like Rob in this picture right now…

Power snatch:
97lb x 3
107lb x 3
107lb x3
Snatch practice:
67lb x 5
67lb x 5
67lb x 5

Happy b-day Rob!

I stuck with 20# weight and worked on full range of motion.
I have a long way to go before I can say I did a real snatch with weight.

Worked on kipping and streching my shoulders.

Caper, 20# is weight so good for you to work on form over load. In the meantime you can drill the movement constantly with a dowel rod but what really helps is to do things like drop snatches, snatch balance etc. as for most people, me included, it is the getting under the bar that is the difficult part.

GMAN,

AFT mommy (aka Rhiannon) takes care of managing the website and uploads the pictures and workouts daily, I agree, she does a great job!

thanks Rhi!

Happy birthday, Rob. You keep me motivated!!

500m Row
50 45lb thrusters
100 sit-ups
50 45lb thrusters
500m Row
Time = 16:03

That was one messed up WOD.
Legs were fried, then shoulders gave out. Not pretty.
Was hoping for 12-13 minutes. NEXT TIME!

Happy BDay Rob.
