Was having some issues getting under the bar @ 65# in warmup but I think that was more because I let the workout get into my head. Could have done 65#. I don’t think it would have made much difference to my time.

I basically just snatched at light weight. Sat on the bike inbetween a bit. More important for me to work on motor control and the snatch technically than get a metcon in. I did 33 cals, and then halfed the rest of the cals, and did all 21 power snatch and then about 10 squat snatch, 8-9 OHS and maybe 5 hang squat snatch. Probably 25ish mins or so when I packed it in. Thanks Josh, phenomenal coaching as usual!
