Thrusters: 95#, 105#, 110#, 95#, 95#
Ring rows from low stool.

Had to check the ego on this one. Thruster was just messy even at that weight. Low back was arching, shoulders were immobile. Went back down 95# and just tried to clean it up. Still not great to be honest. I need to work on this lift.

Good mental health break tonight though. Needed that.

Kind of forgot what I was doing a bit there, it’s been so long!

Had to take some time to get this sorted
Once I got a better handle on the bar and the rhythm I felt pretty solid at the end
115# was my working weight for a number of sets

Tried 95. Got the first one then rushed it and started the press too soon. Tried again but no go.
A2: 8/8/12/12/10
First 2 sets were legs straight then 3 sets slightly bent.
This tempo stuff is hard!!!!
