Day 7 of my 1 x 20 reps back squat experiment.
Today, second attempt at 182lbx20. Got it done.
Next Monday will be 187lb. Already dreading it, but I should be more rested than today.

Well numbers were pretty good from today…no proof of same …before I had the opportunity to post, my newest member Karma (the chocolate lab puppy) ate them!
PU: 13,10,8,7,5,3,4,4=54
KTE: 7,5,5,4,5,4,5,4=39
PU: 9,8,6,4,3,2,4,2=38
KTE: 4,5,5,4,5,6,4,5=38
Push ups were from the knees and Knees to elbows were to the stomach
Push ups 1 – 15, 10, 10, 7, 5, 6, 5, 4 = 62
Knees to elbows 1 – 8, 8, 7, 5, 6, 5, 7, 5 = 51
Push ups 2 – 9, 9, 8, 5, 5, 3, 7, 6 = 52
Knees to elbows 2 – 7, 7, 7, 7, 5, 7, 7, 2 = 49
Knees to elbows was just as high as I could get them each time.
Did this on Sunday AM.
K2E could have been a little higher but was 90% touching elbows
