18:45 using 115# push jerk and other movements rx. The rope climbs went well.. all two pulls and tap the crossbar. Most of my push jerks were unbroken but often done as push press… this made things a little harder than they needed to be (thank-you for the correction on this Derek). I could have gone all unbroken if I just did them correctly lol. V ups unbroken.

That was a “fun” one. Feeling pretty good for the first round (trying to keep up with Adam…first mistake). Second round a voice in my head was saying,”why do you think you can keep climbing up this rope?” Brain and body totally rebelled on the last round of four and shut me down…subbed in 16 ring rows for the 4 climbs.

V situps with bent knees instead of straight legs

Need to work on rope climb technique more. Thanks for the tips on the decent Tania!!

Not much in the tank after the last couple days.
Rope climbs were only about 1/2 way.
PJ: 2 rounds @ 75 then dropped to 65
V ups: rx’d then some kind of crunch.
18:47 but I think I missed the second round of 3 climbs.

Pizza was a poor pre workout nutrition choice, spent a lot of time looking at the rope, especially enjoyed Brett and Zach’s choice of music shouting at me to “get to the top”, I was trying!

Rope climbs: All but the last 2-3 rope climbs were done in 1 pulls, the others were done in 2 pulls

Push Jerks: All unbroken

V-ups: First 6 rounds were unbroken.

Brett… WTF was this wod? It was a piece of art work. Infinitely scaleable, but infinitely miserable. I legitimately almost puked 🤮 after this.
