First round used 75 lbs. and finished round with sets of one.
Second round used 65 lbs. and had to switch to 60 to finish.
Third round used 60 lbs. and had to switch to 55 to finish.
Did the rest at 55 lbs. but arms were already toast by first round.
Sets of 4,5 or 6.
Next time start at 65 lbs.

Getting weaker and slower. I hope it was because of the thrusters on Wednesday.
Started first round with 35 lbs, changed to 30 lbs, then to 25 lbs for the rest of the workout. Still sore from thrusters on Wed.

my shoulders are FRIED!!!!
First round tried 37lbs and ended the last 3 reps with 32lbs. The next 6 rounds were with 32lbs and unanchored sit-ups for all 7.
