Dumbbell Hang Clean
Knees to Elbows
Coach’s notes: Guys use 35lbs. for the dumbell hang cleans and gals use 20lbs or scale as required. Knees to elbows are done hanging from a bar. The goal is to get the knees to touch the elbows , if you cannot reach this point bring the knees as high as possible, however the rep does not count if the knees do not go past parallel.
