50 toes-to-bar
400-m run
30 DB deadlifts (35/50 lb)
20 DB hang power cleans
10 DB push presses

30 DB Turkish get-ups – 15/side

Note:  Can change weight and choose the size of set.

Post time to complete chipper and load and sets to complete Turkish get-ups

T2B were a hot mess after 10/5 then lots of singles maybe a double…
Pushed run a bit for me.

Wanted to 🤮 during the hang muscle bicep curl and reverse tricep extensions.

Only do 16 TGU at 25#. Smoked.
