400-m run
30 DB deadlifts (35/50 lb)
20 DB hang power cleans
10 DB push presses

Post-workout:
Accumulate:
30 DB Turkish get-ups – 15/side

Note:  Can change weight and choose the size of set.

Post time to complete chipper and load and sets to complete Turkish get-ups
