Barbell Front Squat
Coach’s notes: Recommended weight for front squat is 165 lbs for guys and 95 lbs for gals. Scale these loads if necessary. Also, scale the HSPU’s if necessary. For HSPU you can do limited range to a measured height by using a pillow or stack of books. Or you can do the lowering or eccentric portion of the movement or do handstand holds.
