B.  Heaviest load in 10 minutes:

3 RM Back Squat

Coach’s notes:  Rest exactly 90 s between 400 m sprints in A.  Immediately after your last 400 m sprint the 10 minute timer starts.  Post times for A and load for B to ocmments.

B. I still can’t back squat, so I subbed front squat.

Not big numbers, but I haven’t squatted in awhile…


I was going to take the day off, but this workout looked like fun.. couldn’t pass it up.

A – 1:30/1:20/1:25/1:26/1:25
B – 135. Kept it light to work solely on technique and range before I start increasing that load. Thanks for the help with that Brett.

B – 225/245/265/275×1 – gave up mentally.
