congrats to Lynette, Melissa and Natasha who all completed there first ever 5k today with minimal running apart from the occasional CF wod with runs involved. A great testament to CrossFit but even more so to them for getting out there and getting it done without the “10 week 5k training program”

First 5k EVER, I pretty much felt like post WOD when I got to the half way mark and the rest of the way
