Triple unders is not even a thing, pretty sure that was just made up ? Tried some but didn’t get any , but rocked out my du
Burpee mu used the rings to do something sorta resembling a mu progression

A:Thrusters @ 45, 5:47………..yeah I know, but triceps were still sore from everything else this week and 55 felt really heavy!
C:Jumping L PU x 15 (pronated) rest banded strict, 2x red/skinny purple, rest switched red for blue (supernated)
B:No such thing as triple unders in my world…….there isn’t doubles either, but that’s besides the point! Did some practice, several whip marks and odd success, these are getting worse, not better!
D:Ran out of time so played with some low ring MU transitions at the end

A: 95# 4 min – set of 15 and then sets of 6 to 8
B: managed to get 4 triple unders. First time ever!
C: Rx’d – in sets of 3
D: 10 jumping MUs off box and then 5 attempts on rings. Used to be able to do a few and have lost if for now. Thanks for the coaching Krista!

45 thrusters @ 65# – 4:48 – slower than last time
Could not manage any ring MU after pull-ups so did a burpee followed by a one-way skin the cat on the rings

C. Didn’t do L- pull ups. Worked on handstand walk progressions.

A) 45 Thrusters @ 65 lbs – Done in 2:04
B) Made Triple Under Attempts then did a few AMRAP Double Unders
C) Got to 20 strict H-Sit Pull Ups within the 5 minutes time cap – That was plenty for today
D) Did 15 Burpees and called it
